The Runoff Deal Environment in 2018
A panel of Deals Advisers and Brokers take a look at the landscape and current and forecast activity in the runoff deal market. Covering both US and Europe the panel will consider Deal trends and how the landscape may change in the future. Our panel will debate the nuances of the non life run-off deals space versus the wider deals insurance market and will discuss the drivers for Sellers and the appetites of Buyers in the market for different portfolios.

Once the deal is done the work is just getting started.  Transferring and migrating includes a lof of very important details.  A look at claims, systems (data, images, financial),  reinsurance, banking, compliance, cost sharing and more will be addressed.  How transitional services agreements work, the role of 3rd party vendors and managing service levels to meet target dates will be addressed.
