AIRROC and Mayer Brown are pleased to present their 5^th Runoff Deal Market Forum. 

A new addition to the Deal Forum for 2023 is a luncheon session designed as an overview to runoff and of some of the types of transactions that are in the “toolkit” for legacy. This session is being presented by AIRROC’s NextGen Council and will be from 12:00 - 1:00 pm (arrival and registration begins at 11:30 am). Lunch is provided for registered attendees of the session.

The Runoff Deal Market Forum begins at 1:30 pm (arrival and registration begins at 1:00 pm).  Sessions include a State of the Market Overview -- panelists will discuss the current runoff deal market, including current and anticipated deal demand, the landscape of buyers, and capital needs and availability.  Part 2 is State of the Market: What Do YOU Think? In this interactive session, the audience will submit their responses to market related polling questions and the panelists will add their expert insights.

The second part of the day will feature an Executive Roundtable discussing 2022 trends and highlights and looking ahead at 2023.  Hear from senior executives from the legacy space, private equity, banking, and other investors.

We will adjourn to a networking reception at 4:30.
